Great speakers from within the family rights movement will converge upon the city of Birmingham, Alabama, this weekend to cover what may well be the greatest civil rights issue of our day that few are talking about – that of American families being separated from each other under the color of law.
While other issues garner mainstream press coverage in today’s 24/7 news cycle and draw huge crowds to rallies and events, an epic battle for our families and the very soul of our nation brews quietly beneath the surface of public attention.
Children are being taken from loving families. Disabled and senior citizens are snatched from their families, whisked away to obscurity under court-ordered guardianships. Parents are pitted against each other while courts make a mockery of the concept of what is in the “best interest” of the child.
All the while, the majority of Americans believe that “there must be more to the story,” that “Child Protective Services wouldn’t be involved unless they were bad parents.” Until it happens to them or someone close to them, it is easier to believe that these things cannot really be happening. Not in America. But they are.
On October 5, 2019, Real News Spark and the Family Forward Project will bring together speakers who are advocates and warriors on the front lines of these battles for families. These speakers will discuss issues impacting our families today, such as Child Protective Services, medical kidnapping, judicial accountability, shared parenting, and Guardianship abuse of senior citizens.
The realities that we see happening are obviously not God’s design for families. Family was the Creator’s idea and is the basic building block of society.
This conference will go beyond exposing the present reality that is happening on the earth right now, and restore hope among those who are fighting these battles. We will discover together how to fight more effectively the spiritual battle that is at the root of the attacks against families.

- Connie Reguli – founder of the Family Forward Project, and one of the top attorneys in the nation fighting against Child Protective Services injustice
- Kenneth Paschal – State president of the Alabama Family Rights Association
- Lisa Siegel Belanger, ESQ. – Massachusetts attorney and citizen whistleblower on guardianship abuse
- Sherrie Saunders – founder of Alabama Medical Freedom Alliance and citizen whistleblower
- Brian Kinter – founder of the Judicial Accountability Movement
- Terri LaPoint – investigative journalist of medical kidnapping issues

The October 3rd conference sounds great & I’d love to come but may not be possible is there anyway you could make this a zoom meeting as well? That would be great. I would love to speak & talk about my Aunts’s abuse. She is s victim of Montgomery Alabama probate & is still stuck in a nursing home against her Will 5 yrs later. Plus I would love to hear you & the other speakers as well. I have connected with other victims of ALABAMA probate as well. It would be great if you could compile all the names & county’s of the probate victims. We all have story’s to tell & it may help the next person & maybe help with judicial reform as well which is much needed!!

This conference was in 2019, and it was fabulous. I hope to one day do another one, but it won’t be this year. I am so sorry about your aunt.
