I am from Alabama, and I grew up hearing and being inspired by Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech. I have heard it my whole life. Well, I have a dream, too. It came to me as I was praying for God’s heart for families, and it is a prayer that literally comes straight from the throne room of God.

This prayer was released at the close of the Family Rights Rally at the Washington Monument in Washington, D.C., on May 21, 2022. The event was sponsored by the Family Forward Project, and it brought together groups from all over the country, united in networking to draw attention to injustices to families within Child Protective Services and family courts, working together to see the restoration of families.

“I Have a Dream, Too”

I have a dream that one day soon, we will see every unjustly taken child reunited with his or her parents.

I have a dream that every child will be embraced, celebrated, and cherished by father, mother, and the entire family.

I have a dream that one day soon it will be unheard of for Child Protective Services to take any child from a loving family, and when they do intervene, it will be in cases where it is truly warranted. Instead of destroying the family, they will work to rebuild it, where social workers will be trained and equipped to strengthen family bonds and to help those who are struggling.

I have a dream that one day soon it will be as revolting to medical people and the elites to take children for medical experimentation and trafficking as Auschwitz during the Holocaust was to the rest of the world when they learned what was happening, where medical kidnapping will be but a horrible, distant memory.

I have a dream that one day soon no person will be subject to medical experimentation or drug research without the fully informed knowledge and consent of those who truly love them.

I have a dream that one day soon every mother, every father, every parent, every grandparent, every relative who fights for help for their medically-complex child or who challenges medical malpractice will be lauded as a hero instead of accused of Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy and their child seized by CPS.

I have a dream that there will be an end to the practice of Child Abuse Pediatrics, who act as prosecutors, building a case against often-innocent parents, where every doctor who sees a child will truly care about the child and who understands that part of health is having the love, support, and physical presence of their parents and family.

I have a dream that one day soon every child pornography and pedophile ring on the planet will be exposed and dismantled, and those who perpetrate such crimes upon children will have a “Come to Jesus” encounter where they repent and fully change their ways, where they are held accountable for their actions, whether or not they repent.

I have a dream that one day soon there will no longer be a demand for children for sexual abuse or trafficking because children will be valued as the precious, innocent beings they are, and that no social worker or criminal will ever again be enlisted to procure children for sexual exploitation.

I have a dream that now the principalities over this city of Baal and Molech are toppled, and every demonic stronghold across this nation that exploits children and destroys families is brought down now in the mighty name of Jesus.

I have a dream that there will be such a revival across this land and even the planet that every parent would have such an encounter with the living God that any kind of abuse would be unthinkable, that every judge, social worker, attorney, GAL, legislator, doctor, teacher, or police officer would fall so in love with Jesus and His goodness that tearing apart children and families would be anathema to them. Where the love of Jesus flows in us and through us that every child knows he is loved, embraced, and nurtured, and it is considered the coolest thing in the world to do the right thing for children and families.

This is my dream, and this is my prayer. And you know what? I serve a God that is big enough and good enough to make it happen, and you know how it happens? It happens as you guys, as we, the sons and daughters of God recognize who we are and Whose we are!

So I pray, and you pray with me, “Lord, Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.”
