President Trump Calls for Places of Worship to Open Immediately

After reassuring Americans yesterday that he wanted to see churches opened up, President Donald Trump took the White House podium this afternoon to declare that it is time for all houses of worship to re-open. His comments were brief, but they embodied the bold leadership that patriotic Americans have seen in Trump.
President Trump pointed out the injustice of the policies enacted by many states in which “some governors have deemed the liquor stores and abortion clinics as essential, but have left out churches and other houses of worship.”
“It’s not right. So I’m correcting this injustice and calling houses of worship ‘essential.'” Continue reading President Trump Calls for Places of Worship to Open Immediately

Parental Rights Group Pushes Back Against CPS with White House Petition

It is not just abusive parents who receive a knock on the door from social workers saying, “We’re here to take your children.” More often than not, children are taken from their families based on accusations that are unsubstantiated. Innocent parents can lose their children because they made an educational decision that someone didn’t like, asked for a second medical opinion for their child, or because someone made a false allegation against the parents.
All over America, families are pushing back.
Recently ParentalRights.org launched a White House petition asking President Donald Trump to urge Congress to amend the Constitution to protect parental rights. Their goal is to bring the issue to the President’s attention and get this vitally important conversation going. It is an achievable goal, but they need your help.

Join Us for the Family Restoration Conference in Birmingham, Alabama Oct. 5

Great speakers from within the family rights movement will converge upon the city of Birmingham, Alabama, this weekend to cover what may well be the greatest civil rights issue of our day that few are talking about – that of American families being separated from each other under the color of law.
On October 5, 2019, Real News Spark and the Family Forward Project will bring together speakers who are advocates and warriors on the front lines of these battles for families. These speakers will discuss issues impacting our families today, such as Child Protective Services, medical kidnapping, judicial accountability, shared parenting, and Guardianship abuse of senior citizens.
The realities that we see happening are obviously not God’s design for families. Family was the Creator’s idea and is the basic building block of society.

“Our Children Are Not For Sale” – Groups Advocate for Families in Washington, DC

Families Matter. Children deserve to have a relationship with both parents. American families are being separated, by family courts and Child Protective Services. Defund ASFA and Title IV-D. Stop medical kidnapping. Stop destroying families. Our children are not for sale.

These are just a few of the messages that numerous family rights groups brought to Washington DC last week in a concert, rally, and many meetings with legislators and legislative aides. They are many groups, representing millions of Americans, but the basic message is the same – our children matter, and they need their families. Adoption From Foster Care – Is it More About the Money Than the Kids?

The numbers do not add up. There are more children adopted out of foster care to non-family members than there are “substantiated” allegations of abuse or neglect against the parents. The data calls into question the entire rationale that has been given for funding adoptions from foster care. Continue reading Adoption From Foster Care – Is it More About the Money Than the Kids?

“They’ve Killed Her” – Retired Alabama Schoolteacher Dies under State Guardianship

“She’s gone.” The call came in Monday from Nancy Scott regarding her mother, Marian Leonard, who had been taken from her family and placed onto hospice care against her will. Nancy was in tears when she told me that her mother died on Saturday, August 24, but nobody bothered to notify her until Monday.
She died alone.
When Nancy called to tell me of her mother’s death, she made this chilling statement:
“They’ve gotten by so far with literally committing murder.” Continue reading “They’ve Killed Her” – Retired Alabama Schoolteacher Dies under State Guardianship

Old Age Seen as Justification for Forcing Woman onto Hospice

The admission sounded like something out of “Logan’s Run” or other dystopian sci-fi movie, not an explanation one would expect to hear from legal associates. Nancy Scott and others who joined her in a peaceful prayer vigil for her mother’s life on Tuesday, August 20, were stunned when representatives from the court-appointed guardian’s office explained that the reason that retired Alabama schoolteacher Marian Leonard was on hospice was because she was old.

103. Is that the age where it is considered “too old” to live on one’s own terms? Is that the age that Constitutional and human rights cease to exist? Continue reading Old Age Seen as Justification for Forcing Woman onto Hospice

Daughter of Retired Alabama Schoolteacher: “They’re Killing My Mother”

All that Nancy Scott has wanted was for her mother, retired Alabama schoolteacher Marian Leonard, to be able to live out her final years surrounded by the love and support of her family. Nancy never dreamed that such a simple wish could be thwarted by lawyers and judges and doctors. Now, it appears that time has run out for her to get her mother closer to her home in the Wiregrass area of southern Alabama.
