Attorney Connie Reguli of Brentwood, Tennessee, is known for being an outspoken warrior who fights legally on behalf of families who are dealing with Child Protective Services. Now, she is being arrested after trying to help a parent secure due process.

“We Hold These Truths” Show – State Sponsored Kidnapping of the Elderly and Disabled

Terri LaPoint was recently a guest on the show “We Hold These Truths” with Seraphim Schwab to discuss the latest story of the retired Alabama schoolteacher who was taken from her family and forced onto hospice care by the court. We also discussed the story of a disabled North Carolina boy taken away from his family.
In both of these cases, as in many other cases we have investigated, the loved one has fared far worse since being seized from their families than they ever did in their own homes and families.

Special Needs Boy Deteriorated in State Care After Doctors Criticized Mom for Seeking Answers

A mother’s love can make all the difference in the life of a child. Unfortunately, there are times that doctors, including those known as Child Abuse Pediatricians, have the power to enlist law enforcement and Child Protective Services in order to take children away from the love and care of their mothers and fathers, even when the parents are innocent.
Brenner Children’s Hospital, Child Protective Services, and law enforcement say that Joy Zeller has harmed her son by seeking medical opinions outside of the Brenner system and by disagreeing with some of the Brenner doctors. They stepped in and took Nathan away from his mother, accusing her of criminal behavior, in the name of Nathan’s “best interest,” at considerable expense to taxpayers.
Is Nathan really better off under state supervision than he was at home with his family?
